Shipping Information

NTO Designs are made to order and completed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of payment receipt. 

We ship first class United States Postal Service to anywhere around the globe. Once payment is received, items will be made to order, processed, and shipped out of the studio within 3 to 5 business days. First-class shipping can take anywhere from an additional 5 to 7 days in the United States and may take an additional 2 to 6 weeks outside the US. 

If you need an order rushed, please contact customer service to request an expedited shipping method. 

Packaging

Most orders will ship in one jewelry box inside a manilla envelope to prevent damage during shipment. We include complimentary gift wraps upon request.

International  

Upon entering your country of origin, orders may accrue customs fees and/or handling fees may be accrued based on your country's customs policy. NTO Design is not responsible for any fee accrued upon purchases entering countries outside of the contiguous United States. Packages marked as a gift are illegal and could result in jail time and/or fines.

Returns & Exchanges

A merchandise credit will be offered in exchange for merchandise shipped back to NTO Design within 2 weeks of order reception.

NTO Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
